All the facilities and room were very well cared for, clean and comfortable. It has two swimming pools very well decorated with grass and accessible gardens, having the areas of restoration and cafeteria right next door, with very good views of the port, cliffs and sea. food is excellent, variety of foods suitable, good taste and appearance of everything we ate. friendly staff with a good presence, no conflicts or disputes between them, polite and always friendly. I liked very much that it was not a macro hotel full of empty spaces, since you left the room and accessed the elevator you arrive directly to the areas of restaurant, swimming pool, etc., all close and with good presence. We put so good note because the relationship quality price is great, because we booked suite with sea views and hot tub with half board and has been more profitable than in other hotels that offer the same or higher category, what they offer both in facilities and food are short for the price they ask. It is the free transport to the main area of the puerrto de la cruz is very accurate, in the dead hours we could go down to the city for free without worrying about parking or traffic or anything. Ideal for families with children or for couples who want a little getaway without spending a fortune. great greeting to all staff, especially to the management as the management of this hotel is shown in the satisfaction of its guests.
A single insignificant detail was that the suite came with a kitchen but lacked utensils, dishes, etc. In any case we did not ask for anything at the reception, because I understand that if we had told them they would have prepared the kitchen as well, and since we were going with half board it was not something we missed either and therefore we did not ask for anything.

situation. sea views are very nice. room is very spacious and bathroom too. It has a kitchen. In other comments I have read that it is not equipped but we contacted the hotel before our arrival and commented that we were going with a baby and they equipped the kitchen with a ladle, two plates, two cups and two spoons and activated the vitroceramic. pool area is great and we had no problem getting hammocks. Dinner was not bad. In a week we have been there has been no repetition. He usually does live cooking, one for fish and one for meat. desserts were fruit and sweets, some better than others but like in any other hotel.
At breakfast, milk was terrible and juice was terrible, we bought it ourselves because we couldn't drink it. I think it's ridiculous that they don't let you serve water from the vending machines if you don't have everything included. In the evening we would buy a bottle to drink it but at breakfast they want to get money for serving me a glass of water to drink with the coffee, I think it's really crappy. We asked for a non-smoking room but the truth is that it smelled like smoke. We got used to it in the end. animation is lousy compared to hotels on the Costa del Sol

Nice huge hotel overviewing Puerto de la Cruz. Swimming pools are well maintained, breakfast is what you expect from a 4*hotel (is included) and rooms are clean and spacious (even for 4 persons). By car 10 min drive to the sea side parking of the city. Ideal location to visit northern part of the island (near motorway) Very good price quality.
If you dream of blue skies - better go to south eastern part of Tenerife, even in July. Once passing aeroport Los Rodeos the persistent clouds disappear and you have the blue sky. Even in July the water in the swimming pool felt quite chilly.

The location is well suited for anyone who does not want to stay in the front line area of this beach resort town. Shuttle bus to town very useful, near to the tf 5 motorway giving quick access to the capital Santa Cruz or the islands 2 airports. Very good breakfast food and service. Large spacious rooms, bathrooms and balconies.
Direction signage to the hotel needs revamping ,currently its very poor being painted on the green wall of a paddle court ! Turn right opposite the petrol station. Bar area dull and not attractive. Bedroom and bathroom we stayed in needed some renovation and brightening up including a more up to date TV. Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on.

Nothing not to like with the hotel itself.
I was disappointed with the Wi-Fi as it rarely worked.

The food for breakfast was fabulous, pancakes and eggs. The room was great-sized, provided with kitchens, nice view, as for instance. Location: the hotel was near to common areas, a hill which makes for great views, and the hill side.

The view
False advertising, the rooms look like the pictures BUT, they are not 68 square meters as advertised they are 58. In fact as you come up to the reception there's a picture of the rooms and even there it says it's only 58. Wifi extremely poor and not what you'd expect when you have to pay extra for it. Only for one device. Not possible to use it even for googling nearby restaurants. Receptionist taking you for a fool being rude when there's any issues.

We loved our stay! The spacious suite had an amazing view from the large balcony, and fresh flowers were delivered daily, which was such a nice touch. The variety of food was very nice, with something delicious at every meal. I would definitely return!

The buffet breakfast on the terrace with views of the mountains was a real treat, and sinking into the jacuzzi after a day of exploring was just what we needed. Plenty of sun loungers by the lovely pools made for great relaxation spots, too. Just a heads up, though, the safe in the room was an additional cost, a bit of a bummer 😊

Definitely for couples looking for a getaway
So, I was welcomed warmly, and they had a special cold dinner waiting for me after my late arrival, like they knew I was coming from some hard business. My suite had this huge balcony overlooking the mountains and sea, it was something else, just sitting there and enjoying the views really hit home, seemed like a king.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.
